Since 2009 Andrey Belmach is the Chief Executive Director of Noncommercial Partnership “Professional volleyball club of Moscow region” (NP “PVKMO”), containing women and men volleyball clubs – “Zarechie-Odintsovo” and “Iskra”. The founder and the consultant of the sport agency “Sport Management Group”.
Teach a course of sport management in State University of Management (GUU).
The company “Sport Management Group” works with such sportsmen as Pavel Abramov, Lubov Sokolova, Alexey Verbov, Alexey Ostapenko, Yuriy Berezhko, Sergey Grankin, Pavel Kruglov, Tatiana Kosheleva etc. – volleyball; Andrey Kuznecov – tennis; Mark Lamott, Tomas Klouchek, Pavel Rosa – hockey.
In 2001 Andrey Belmach acted for Ilya Kovalchuk (he is the first player from Russia who became Number 1 of 1 round – “Atlanta Thrashers”, nowadays is the best scorer in NHL), Alexander Svitov (Number 3 of Round 1 – “Tampa Bay”), Stanislav Chistov (Number 5 of Round 1 – “Anaheim Miami Ducks”), Igor Kniazev (Number 15 of Round 1 – “Carolina Hurricanes”), Vladimir Korsunov (Round 4 – “Anaheim Miami Ducks”) in the NHL Entry Draft.
It is evident that the Entry Draft of 2001 was the most successful for Russian agents.
In 2003 founded the Atlantic Management Sport Group Co.Ltd Moscow, Russia. In the same year he acted for Andrey Kosticin (Number 10 of Round 1 – “Montreal Canadians”), Ivan Homutov (Round 3 – “New Jersey Devils”), Rustam Sidikov (round 4 – “Nashville Predators”), Evgeniy Skachkov (Round 7 – “Saint Louis Blues”) in the NHL Entry Draft.
In 2009 the agency “Sport Management Group” acted for Andrey Kuznecov at Wimbledon. Kuznecov became the winner of Junior men's single category.
